10/3/2013 0 Comments 2013 Back to School Lookbook In this Back to School Lookbook video, I show 6 different back to school looks that I styled using the essentials that I mentioned in my "15 Back to School Essentials to Make a Statement Effortlessly" video. Below I will tell about each of the 6 looks.
Look 1: The School Spirited Tiger This look is for the girl that bleeds purple & gold... or what ever your school colors are. lol. I just wore a LSU t-shirt, a light purple flaring skirt, with my black Aldo clutch, chic bangle and some white and gold sandals that I got for $12 from Payless. What a steal right!? This look is fun and playful. Look 2: The Rebel This look is for the girl that's a little more daring and edgy. I wore another school t-shirt with my black sierrasharae.com faux leather skirt, some studded kicks from Love Culture & a plaid shirt to tie around my waist to make the look even more chill. I also wore the same bangle & clutch and even added a pop of red lipstick to make the look more extreme. Look 3: The Bookworm The bookworm is very conservative and dresses comfortable but very presentable at the same time. I wore a cardigan with a mint colored cami beneath, distressed jeans to show a little personality and some grey flats, along with my statement piece necklace, Michael Kors watch and clear clutch that I got from Forever 21. Look 4: The Chic Chic The Chic Chick is the girl that you always catch looking neat and put together but she doesn't look like she's trying too hard. I wore a eye-catching teal blazer with a white t-shirt beneath, blue jeans, a gold necklace, my white and gold sandals and a matching teal and gold statement clutch that I got from a jewelery show in New Orleans. Look 5: The Lounger This look is for the girl that wakes up late for class and throws pieces together to make a completed look. The look is usually relaxed and effortless but still very cute. In this look, I wore my denim shirt with a black tank beneath, my comfy camo pants and bronze sandals, along with my Aldo clutch and another statement piece necklace that I got from the New Orleans Jewelery Show. You'd most likely catch the lounger chilling and socializing in the dorm lobby or union. By the way, one of my fashion professors loved this look when I wore it to class! lol. Look 6: The Fashionably Late This is the girl that wakes up on time and still makes it late to class! ...But when she does arrive to class, she's turning heads because of her bold and bright outfit with neatly matched accessories. In this look, I wore my bright orange, high-low dress from SierraSharae.com along with a leopard infinity scarf, my same Aldo clutch, a chunky gold statement bangle and some combat boots. So which one do you most identify with?
